- 1.Stay calm during the process. Usually an HR -SET round for these interviews.
- 2. They aren’t looking for a solution but how do you get to the solution. Therefore, keep explaining your approach to the interviewer.
- 3. Be authentic, honest, and thorough with your HR -sets. The interview should look like a conversation and not a test. 4. Try bringing up some innovative aspect about yourself which helps to drive the interest of the interviewer
- 4. If possible, try to inco rporate your strengths into your answers.
- 5. Try to be relaxed and smile through the process.Listen to what is being asked, take a second to reflect and assess. without rushing into an answer.
- 6. They aren’t looking for experts at this stage, be thorough with your basics, and try to show your eagerness to learn.
Overall Process Experience
