- 1. Be thorough with your HR Sets and CV.
- 2. Just the day before the Interview, read a lot about the company, its Sustainability Initiatives, its ESG Goals, AI-related initiatives, if they have any, and any recent news of the company (past 1-2 months). Overall, just go through their website, news, etc.
- 3. If you’re appearing for a Consulting role or any role that matters, stick to your domain, the one that the company is offering, even if your past experience or education says otherwise. (Again, a part of HR, but they might grill you on the same to see if you stick to your point of being a Consultant or not)
- 4. Keep a Cheerful Smile always, keep smiling even if they’re saying something, be responsive with the help of gestures.
Overall Process Experience
- ✗We had just 1 Interview, so it was a pretty simple process. It went on for around 20 minutes. It was mainly an HR-based interview alongside a few recent news items that they indirectly asked about. Just stay calm and make sure to prepare a strong answer for Why Wipro, Why Consulting? That is what majorly convinces them.
