Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) Interview Experience

Good evening, I am Umang Jain from the batch of 26. Prior to joining IIFT, I did my internship at Flydo Media, where I closed several deals and also helped run several Marketing Campaigns. I did another internship at Tavaga, which is a Fintech firm, as an Email Marketing Intern, where I increased engagement rates from 10 to 22%. I did my Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from CTAE, Udaipur, during which I, alongside a team of 6, won the Grand Finale of Smart India Hackathon among 1,60,000 Participants across 3 levels. Alongside all this,I love to organise events, and that’s evident from the fact that I organised Rangholi for 2 consecutive years, where, with my negotiation skills, I was able to not just bring in sponsors and partners but also convert 250+ paid participants out of 900 cold calls and innovative marketing strategies that we made alongside managing a team of 10 people. In my free time, I love to travel to different places and listen to the experiences of new people. I also love to do design and engage in storytelling.
